Course Description: This seminar focuses on holistic wellbeing, specifically the self-care of healthcare workers. There will be a presentation of the terms associated with holistic self-care. There will be a discussion of opportunities for self-care for healthcare workers, and examples of the ways that may prove helpful. Finally there will be a discussion of applying self-care techniques to patients.
