Course Description: This seminar focuses on the concept of implicit bias. The definition of implicit bias will be presented as well as the differences between implicit bias and racism and prejudice. There will be a discussion of culture and inclusion as they relate to implicit bias. Finally, there will be a presentation on how to address implicit bias.
