As a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator, Michelle specializes in wellness coaching, guiding employees through a proven health education framework that enhances productivity, engagement, and overall well-being. Her diverse experience spans senior living, assisted living and memory care communities, as well as manufacturing and consumer product industries, giving her a well-rounded perspective on leadership and business development. 

With a BBA specializing in marketing and a track record as a Chief Operations Officer, Michelle blends business acumen with her intuitive coaching approach. Her entrepreneurial drive fuels her commitment to helping others achieve financial, emotional, and physical freedom, making her a powerhouse in personal and professional growth.

Melisa is a dedicated Registered Nurse with extensive experience across various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, adult foster homes, and private residences. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and former Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse, she has spent over nine years specializing in hospice care, providing compassionate support to patients and families. 

Passionate about health education and advocacy, Melisa sought a better work-life balance and discovered her love for wellness coaching. Now a certified Health and Wellness Nurse Coach, she guides fellow professionals in prioritizing their own well-being through effective life coaching, fostering resilience, and finding fulfillment in their lives.
