Implicit Bias (1.0 Contact hour)
Course Description: Discover the impact of implicit bias on patient healthcare in this course.
The primary objective is to facilitate participants in recognizing and understanding their own
implicit biases. Through discussions, explore the nature of implicit bias, its origins in human
beings, and the factors contributing to its formation. The course will also outline the steps to
modify implicit bias and consistently apply these modifications in healthcare situations.
